They had this video on the news last night and also showed how it was made. They used real babies for the heads and had someone gently rock the baby's head and upper body. The bodies are digital. Peach Tart – Every time I hear the name, Michael Jackson, I re-watch it

tmjenks, it was time you knew about MJ. But I still hate to have been the one to have had to break it to you.

Susie, no babies were abused in the making of this commercial. The babies’ faces are the only baby part that’s “real”. That sounds a little creepy, but is still less creepy than any more Michael Jackson coverage.
