No one can really remember exactly when that was. but even though my husband grew up in South Dakota and we've lived here for over twenty years, he still has to have the weatherbug on his computer to chirp and tell him that weather is coming! I hate that bug! Ps. your little tiny snowmen are much cuter than my giant one. It NEVER melts! In Minnesota we talk about those strange, mystical years when we didn’t get snow.
